My daughter has started using the computer. She is 2. She is now using MS Word. Here is some of her output:

In my quest to conform to the common standards of this new "blogosphere," I came across this handy glossary of blog terminology, or "blogish," or "blog-isms," to perhaps coin new terms. Here is an interesting blog about how to start blogging. I should follow her advice for more "web-savvy" users, but I don't have the time, so I am taking the easy path. She also has some universal advice about building traffic. I am not doing this to build traffic, so I'm not much concerned about that. Besides, I'm not getting a share of blogspots ad revenues.

Why am I blogging and why should anyone care? Because I am joining the information revolution, and I also wanted an outboard brain. That's why.
Cory Doctorow has a new story out. It's at Salon. His previous Salon story was excellent. He's pretty hip and open source, so you can read some of his fiction here at his website Wednesday, January 15, 2003
A fascinating article I came across and used as ammunition in a "discussion" on a gaming website. You can beat the casinos at their own game. Hacking Las Vegas |
